Concept Technologies, Inc. (CTI) has been in business since 1996 with an emphasis on providing healthcare institutions with a multitude of infection control related services. Our experience is in providing the following services: 

  • Infection Control Construction Support Services -
    Providing construction support in the way of dust suppression, work area containment, infection control equipment leasing and maintenance, and Infection Control Risk Assessments. We understand JCAHO compliance requirements for Environment of Care and Utilities Management. We reduce the risk of organizational acquired infection and understand environmental infection control.
  • High Risk Demolition - When demolition activities and re-construction is necessary in high risk environments such as OR's, Oncology, Burn Units, Cath Labs or Bone Marrow Transplant units, we can accomplish the work timely and cost effectively while managing the patient/employee exposure risks. 
  • Disaster Restoration - We are equipped, staffed and trained to handle disaster restoration, water loss, fire loss, document restoration, electronics restoration and biohazard clean-up. We maintain a sizeable inventory of emergency response equipment and are connected with emergency equipment supply vendors all over the US to provide timely and cost effective disaster recovery. We performed large scale restoration work for two hospitals in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina and have worked in hospitals all over the Southeast.

  • Asbestos Abatement - We have been licensed by SCDHEC and NCDNR since 1996.
  • Lead and lead based paint - Since 1996 we have tested, designed and abated lead shielding materials as well as lead based paint pursuant to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.62
  • Mold - We are certified by the American Indoor Air Quality Council and IICRC and have performed mold remediation in over 2 million square feet of healthcare, commercial and residential space.

CTI has been providing homeowners with environmental health solutions since 1996. We provide assessment and testing services to identify airborne or surface contamination hazards that can impact health and comfort. We assess homes with respect to chemical concentrations in indoor air, particle/dust concentrations, dust mite and cockroach antigens and mold/fungi contamination. One of our specialties is performing crawlspace restorations that include dehumidification, mold eradication, mold treatment and crawlspace liners.
